Everyday Elegance

Designed with entertaining in mind, this Shaker Heights kitchen and mudroom renovation is filled with warmth and inviting details that make you want to get cozy and stay awhile. Following an initial renovation years ago, our clients wanted to refresh the spaces to better reflect their current style while making thoughtful, functional updates that support the way their family lives and gathers today.

A built-in banquette creates a cozy spot for everyday dining, while an extended kitchen island offers an inviting place to gather. Custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen and mudroom was thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, including dedicated storage for our clients’ hosting platters and cookbook collection.

Rich wood tones, brass accents, and layered textiles in muted colors and patterns bring depth and personality to the spaces, creating that balance between cozy and chic our client was seeking. The result is a home that feels refreshed yet timeless, with thoughtful details that make everyday living and entertaining feel a little more special.
